All products manufactured by MMS are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of shipment to the original purchaser.
All consumable, disposable and multi-user disposable products are guaranteed to be free from defects upon shipment only. These products include, but may not be limited to cables, electrodes, adapters, batteries, fuses, printer cartridges.
No other warranties are expressed, written or implied.
Our local representatives and factory personnel are available for ongoing technical and service support throughout the life of the system. All MMS product services are initialized through telephone technical support and/or your local sales representative. Immediate telephone technical service is available for all MMS customers free of charge throughout the lifetime of the equipment. Build updates for MMS software are offered at no charge as are fixes for any software bugs that may occur. On site service calls at the end of the warrantee period are at a daily rate, plus all travel expenses and the cost of replacement equipment or parts. Repairs of equipment sent back to MMS for maintenance require a minimum research fee, plus the cost of repairs and replacement parts.
MMS also offers a rental program for rent of replacement equipment to be used while repairs are being made. A rental form is required and a rental rate based on the cost of the item being replaced is established. A minimum fee is required.
