 About Dr. Arash Babaei
Dr. Arash Babaei is Assistant Professor of Medicine Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the Medical College of Wisconsin, the birthplace of modern manometry. His primary research interests are in motility disorders of the upper gastrointestinal tract and brain-gut axis interaction. He has trained with Dr. Ravinder Mittal on esophageal motility disorders and has more than five years of experience with esophageal manometry. He has published multiple articles in the clinical and research applications of high resolution manometry, impedance recording and high frequency intraluminal ultrasound.

 About Dr. Amine Hila
Dr. Amine Hila is a Clinical Assistant Professor with Upstate Medical School, SUNY at their Binghamton clinical campus and staff gastro-enterologist at United Health Services Hospitals.
His clinical and research interests focus on esophageal diseases, mainly reflux disease and motility disorders. He has been involved with clinical use and research with impedance since its early days when he was training with Dr. Donald Castell, and thus has more than seven years experience with Impedance-pH. He is currently working on multiple research projects involving use of impedance as adjunct diagnostic tool to pH monitoring and manometry. He has published extensively in esophageal disorders.
